RunCms 2.1 fullpack and upgrade pack are avaible to download in codebase

Major: 2.
Minor 2.1
Bugfix 2.1.1

there will from this only be update packs avaible to major and minor upgrades

Major and Minor will include all bugfix release in the time from latest Major or Minor was release
